Vetch (Vicia americana)
The love potion pea! (a great print for your loved one). This graceful ground covering fabaceae can be found predominantely in the southern regions of BC. It has many noteable medicinal uses: the leaves can be rubbed on spider bites, the whole plant infused into a bath, used in a sweat house, and it has been used as an eye rinse. But, perhaps the most valuable, those whispers of its uses in love potions and as a bringer of good luck.
